First Quarter 2011 Sold stats as compared to the first quarter a year ago in the Silver City Regional MLS. Number of transactions were down slightly 61 this Q and 79 last yr, dollar volume remained the same at $10.7m and the avg price was up significantly.
The average sales price in 2010 was $136,391 and the average sales price in 2011 is $175,613. This is a result of a number of properties over $250k selling in the first quarter of this year.
