Our Fairhaven Challenge is Back!

Once again, the Silver City Regional Association of REALTORS® is challenging our REALTOR® members to complete Fairhaven in the month of April 2023.

Fairhaven, an NAR fair housing simulation, challenges participants to confront discrimination in scenarios inspired by real stories. This immersive online simulation training puts members in the shoes of a client experiencing discrimination as they try to buy a home.

SCRAR members who have previously completed the simulation can complete it again to be entered into our cash drawing. The simulator tracks starts and completions, and on May 1, a winner will be drawn.
