The New Mexico Real Estate Commission has published their Summer 2017 edition of the Property Lines newsletter.

The content is focused mainly around the new Qualifying Broker requirements that will go into effect on January 1, 2018. Other topics include new information on the Core Class as well as a worksheet to walk licensees through their credits. Online renewals are coming soon. The newsletter ends with a section on disciplinary actions taken by the Commission.
