In the last few Tune-in-Tuesdays we have discussed hosting a public virtual open house tour. We have decided to move forward with launching the virtual tour June 28-30.
We are asking each brokerage to consider providing 1-3 video files for the online open house. The videos can be of any active property type for sale in the SCRMLS. The videos can be professionally done or created by you with your own camera equipment. NO photo slideshows - we want actual video footage.
Deadline to reserve a spot is June 18 - for the videos will be June 25.
We will publish the open house on a newly created website and Facebook page. We will do sponsored advertising on Facebook and ask the participating brokerages to promote it on their Facebook pages as well for viral awareness. We will tag the video with the listing brokerage and provide the brokerage phone number for leads.
