Silver City’s residential market is moving with a different rhythm this year. Active listings are down compared to 2025, and both the average list price and average sales price have dipped. Even so, more homes are going under contract and more have closed, showing buyers are still active. The biggest shift is in days on market—homes that closed in 2026 took longer to sell, suggesting buyers are taking more time while sellers adjust to changing conditions.
