NMREC Complaints, Prevent Them OR Defend Them

Most brokers have little or no knowledge what to do when a complaint has been filed against them at the Real Estate Commission. The first few steps you take or fail to take can greatly complicate the outcome of a case. This course walks you through the process from beginning to end, and show you what you need to do along the way. Finally, it looks at the most common reasons complaints are filed so you can avoid those pitfalls.
