Important: New Autopay Draft Timing for MLS Invoices

To help streamline the billing experience for our members, we’ve made an important update to the Silver City Regional MLS autopay process. Members who use autopay through the Navica portal will now see their payment drafted five days before the invoice due date, rather than on the due date itself.

Over the past year, drafting payments on the actual due date created confusion when automated reminders and late‑notice alerts were sent close together. By moving the draft date earlier, members will no longer receive those last‑minute notifications.

This change also provides a helpful buffer if your card information has changed. If an autopay draft is unable to process, you’ll still have time to update your payment method or submit a manual payment before the due date.

Our goal is to make billing clearer, smoother, and more predictable for everyone. If you have questions about your payment profile or need to update your information, you can do so anytime through the member portal.

This notice was emailed to all members who have setup autopay in the portal on Monday, January 5, 2026.
