Celebrating a Decade of Excellence: Exceeding NAR Core Standards for 10 Years

Each year, the Silver City Regional Association of REALTORS® works diligently to meet the criteria set by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Core Standards. These standards ensure that every REALTOR® association operates at the highest level of professionalism and service.

Below are the six key components of the NAR Core Standards that all REALTOR® associations must complete annually as a condition of membership:

3. Consumer Outreach

4. Unification Efforts and Support for the REALTOR® Organization

5. Technology

6. Financial Solvency

We are proud to share that our association has not only met but exceeded these requirements every year since the Core Standards were introduced in 2014. We remain committed to achieving this level of excellence year after year!

For an overview of each category, review the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Core Standards. An NAR Work Group proposed five key recommendations for updates to the 2025 Core Standards, which were approved by the Executive Committee. These mark the first major changes in a decade and will take effect during the next renewal cycle, spanning January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.
