The Silver City Regional Association of REALTORS® challenges our members to complete NAR's Fairhaven Challenge this April.
Members who complete NAR's Fairhaven simulator from April 5 until noon on Friday, April 29, 2022, will be entered into a drawing to have your 2022/2023 SCRAR (local) dues paid - a $250 value!
In 2021, the National Association of REALTORS® debuted the interactive training platform designed to help combat discrimination in U.S. real estate markets. The simulator takes real estate professionals to the fictional town of Fairhaven, where members work to close four deals while confronting situations in which discrimination is a factor. As members advance through the immersive simulation, they receive feedback on their performance that they can use in real-life situations. The course takes 60 to 100 minutes to complete and can be paused or retaken as necessary.
If you've previously completed Fairhaven, you can complete it again to enter. One lucky member will be randomly drawn at noon on April 29 on Facebook live!
