Residential Market Update – Silver City Regional AOR (June Year-over-Year Comparison)
In June, 58 homes were listed, a slight increase from 53 listings in June 2024. The average list price rose to $302,266, up from $278,878 last year. However, home closings declined to 17 compared to 27 in June 2024. Average days on market remained steady at 132 days, nearly identical to last year’s 131 days.
