The Silver City Regional Association of REALTORS® has recognized Lynette Holguin as their 2023 REALTOR® of the Year.
This award is presented to a REALTOR® by their colleagues at the local level to recognize members that uphold and demonstrate the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, professionalism, and dedication to the real estate industry and community.
Lynette has served on the Association’s Board of Directors since 2020 and is the current President. She is a lifelong Grant County resident who works with her family at Home Town Real Estate. She has been a licensed broker since 2019, starting as an associate broker and earning her qualifying broker license last year.
“REALTORS® are the people’s connection to the community. The public looks to us for answers, for help, for comfort. Selling a home is saying goodbye to a chapter of their lives that has passed. Buying a home is saying hello to a future that has yet to come,” stated Holguin.
