I’m reaching out today to remind you that MFA will finance single– and multi-section manufactured homes! The home must be on a permanent foundation, taxed as real property and meet HUD & agency guidelines.
We have programs and down payment assistance for first-time and repeat homebuyers. If you know anyone who would like to find out if they qualify, please encourage them to contact one of our approved lenders directly.
