Starting Monday, February 24, the SCRMLS Board of Directors will implement new mandatory feature categories for listing input and maintenance. Previously, only zoning was required, moving forward, each property class includes a set of additional required selections to ensure more comprehensive and accurate listings.
The notice to MLS users was shown as a popup at the Paragon login from February 13 through February 24.
