SCRMLS July Meeting Resources

The Silver City Regional MLS held two meetings in July to review the NAR Settlement changes, and local MLS policy and practice changes.

These meetings were well attended and filled with valuable information, insightful input, and great questions from our members. Participants were willing to share their questions and experiences, which made the conversations beneficial. Marissa, Pat, and Kim gave presentations that offered expert perspectives on NAR, SCRMLS and industry changes as we move forward.

The recent National Association of Realtors (NAR) Settlement introduces significant changes to broker compensation practices in the real estate industry.
