May 24, 2023 - We are currently improving our IDX/VOW technology to better serve our members and the consumer market. In order to move along a well-established path that many organizations have followed to successfully advance their MLSs, we are migrating to WebAPI this year.
SCRMLS IDX/VOW Deadlines:
New vendor data requests from July 1, 2023, forward will be only WebAPI. Current IDX/VOW vendors have until December 1 to transition from RETS to WebAPI, via Trestle, and make connections to licensed listing content from SCRMLS.
