As REALTORS®, giving back is a core component of who we are. From modest deeds of kindness like making dinner for a needy neighbor, handing out emergency supplies, and planning a day of neighborhood cleanup.
The Silver City Regional Association and Multiple Listing Service are looking for ideas for a volunteer project for 2023. We want to take part in a volunteer project where we can greatly improve our community. It could be an event to coincide with NAR's REALTORS® Are Good Neighbors Volunteer Days taking place June 3-11, 2023. Or, for another time that is appropriate to the activity.
Our past projects include Habitat for Humanity paint days, back to school supply and backpack drives, kid's coat drive, food collection for local pantries, holiday bell ringing for the Salvation Army, clothing for New Mexico fire victims, tablets for veteran and long term care patients so they could stay in contact with their families through the pandemic, Wreaths Across America, and more.
