Listing Price to Sales Price


As we near the mid-year point I thought I would check some stats in the Multiple Listing Service on Solds specifically listing price to sales price.

  • In the general Silver City area there have been 81 site built homes sold to date. These sales total $18,642,915 with a average price of $230,159 and a median price of $190,000 and an average of 118 days on the market. The average listing to sales price of these homes was 95% with the combined listed prices of the 81 homes set at $19,782,799 and the combined sales prices at $18,642,915.

  • In the general Silver City area there were 18 single and multi-wide manufactured homes sold. The lp to sp on these homes was 89% and 121 days on the market.

  • In the Mining District there have been 10 site built homes sold this year to date. The list price to sale price is 89% with the combined list price at $851,100 and the sales price at $759,400 and 133 days on the market.

  • In the Mimbres Valley there have been 6 site built homes sold this year to date. The list price to sale price is 86% with the combined list price at $1,697,000 and the sales price at $1,453,000 and 194 days on the market.

  • Single family lots show a slight variation to the housing stats. In the general Silver City area the list price to sales price averaged 96%, in the Mining District 97%, in the Mimbres Valley 92% with a combined average days on the market of 203.

  • There have been 10 commercial/industrial properties sold thus far this year and the average lp to sp is 78% with an average property sold at $246,110 and 113 days on the market.
