August 2025 Local Market Sees Increase in Listings and List Price

Compared to last year, August 2025 saw 70 new listings (up from 41) with an average list price of $314,940. There were 18 closings at an average sales price of $218,855 and an average of 91 days on market. In August 2024, we had 25 closings at an average of $212,716 with 77 days on market.
