The sold prices in January increased 26% in 2022 over 2021. Listing prices nearly doubled. However, this can be attributed to a $2.4 million dollar property listed. Without this large listing, the average sales price is around $257,000.
Sales that are under contract in the MLS have averaged 84 over the past 3-months, down from an all-time high of 145 in May of 2021.
