July 2025 Market Shows Growth

The local housing market was stronger in July 2025 compared to July 2024. There were 38 homes listed this year, up from 36 last year, with the average list price rising from $268,319 to $285,718. More homes sold in 2025—32 compared to 19 in 2024—and at a higher average price of $310,615, up from $269,910. Homes also sold faster, averaging 70 days on the market compared to 82 days last year.
