Using the AMS for the first time to pay an invoice?

Short Summary:

Members can pay their invoices in NAVICA AMS by following these steps:

1. Locate Open Invoices: Open invoices are displayed on the Home Page with a notification banner. Members can click the "Here" link to view open invoices and select a specific invoice by clicking on its number.

2. Initiate Payment: Click "Pay Here" to start the payment process.

3. Choose Payment Method: Members can either:

   • Enter their credit card information directly.

   • Use a saved payment profile to avoid re-entering card details.

4. Confirmation: After successful payment, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address registered in NAVICA AMS.

5. *Note: Payments set up in the payment profile for autopay will draft 5-days prior to the due date.
