Invoice Payment Instructions:

Members can pay their invoices in NAVICA AMS by following these steps:

1. Open invoices are displayed on the portal homepage with a notification banner. Or click the invoices tab. Members can click the "Here" link to view open invoices and select a specific invoice by clicking on its number.

2. Click "Pay Here" to start the payment process.

3. Members can do any of the following:

   • Enter your credit card information every time.

   • Create a payment profile to save a card and avoid re-entering card details every time.

   • To set up autopay, add or use a payment profile. Note: When setting up autopay, chose the correct name in the "Association Name" dropdown at the top of the page. If you are going to pay both your REALTOR® dues and MLS fees with the credit card, you will need to create TWO SEPARATE profiles. One for the association and one for the MLS using the drop-down. The autopay draft date is 5 days prior to the due date below.

4. After successful payment, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address registered in NAVICA AMS.

5. Due Dates: MLS invoice payments are due Jan 15, April 15, July 15, and Oct 15. Association REALTOR® dues payment is due on Dec 15.
